Ava Turns 3!

Sunday was Ava's 3rd birthday and it was kind of uneventful. We went to church and Ava went to the 3 year old class for the first time. She really liked it and I am hoping that being around other little girls who are already potty trained will boost her interest. After church we went to lunch where Ava barely ate and then fell asleep on the booth next to her mom. We went home and us three girls took real naps and then we enjoyed the outdoors. Ava got a playhouse for her birthday and she wants to do just about everything in there. We spent the rest of the day watching her play "house" and try to get Sassy to join her.


It is hard to believe that it has been three years since there was only two of us. I can't imagine our lives without Ava or Ellie (maybe Sassy though, just kidding!). Being a parent is the most fun and most responsibility I have ever had. I wouldn't change it for anything.
